I just don’t get Super Bowl halftime shows

You know, I just don’t get Super Bowl halftime shows. It’s like watching any other concert from your couch. What’s the point?

Good commercials: a running tally (maybe)

• Ok, the Bud Light makes you breathe fire commercial was awesome.
• The Audi/Godfather commercial was pretty dern good, too.

Well, that was unrealistic. With a baby, I can’t expect to have two free hands all of the time! But I do remember liking:

• The screaming squirrel commercial (tires)
• The Angelina Jolie movie
• The carrier pigeons commercial
• Iron Giant

So far, I approve. I just wish Eli hadn’t thrown that interception.

• The George Clooney movie

I keep forgetting which team I’m supposed to be cheering for (I mean I can’t tell from the jersies).

edit: halftime … I guess this is the end of the good commercials. It certainly seems so.

Have the good commercials started yet?

Must remember to watch the commercials….

Every year I watch the Super Bowl, and every year I tell myself to watch the commercials! But habit is hard to break, and despite my admonitions, I always find myself muting the commercials and completely ignoring them. Oh well.
