Try to get hold of your life again.
You are pulling the cart, not the little one.

Trace - thank you.
Erika - how’s the OR?
Anon - um, I was talking about how I didn’t want her to wake up and scream for the thirty minute commute home. It happens, and it is extremely unpleasant. I’m “getting hold of my life” by not having my baby and me be miserable.
Obviously I wasn’t clear about that, but now you know.

It took us 30 hours to drive up
30.hours.
Towing a stupid car at 45 mph
The whole way
45.miles.per.hour.
The baby got really sick
I05.8!
But we saw a very nice Pediatrician in Ashland OR
It was rosiola
Colin got pinworms
Good times!
We ran out of money and my mom sent us some using western union
We are so grateful.
During the trip we were reminded of:
The grapes of wrath.
Hotel living really sucks with three children
But, having said that
It is green here
Not just the trees
People are very nice
People drive the speed limit
My bumper stickers are not the most liberal in the city
Don’t talk on phone whist driving nearly as much as in the oc
Every one uses cloth bags at the grocery store
And
We got a house!!!!!
3 bedrooms and a huge backyard
Finished basement
In the woods
There is a creek and trees and everything like that!
WOOT
We move in on the 14th…yay us
And all she wants is first mo (1390). Rent and 700 deposit! Wow
We were paying 1700 for a 2 bedroom condo in laguna
You could fit 3 condos in this house.
We still need housing for the two weeks in June Eric is talking to his job people right now
But i am not worried.
Well maybe a little
Just yesterday I decide to be joyful
We don’t live in China or Myanmar.
We are healthy
Safe
We found a church and have already made cuppla friends here.
Life is good

Wow, that sounds like a story you’ll only be able to laugh at in a few years.
But Oregon sounds awesome. And now you’ll have four seasons again, too.
Wait, 105.8? Wow. My niece had that happen a few weeks ago and it gave her seizures!
May 16th, 2008 at 11:42 am
We were so lucky…no seizures.
I dosed her up with baby Advil and put her in a warm bath and by the time we saw the dr it was 98.8
The worst part was thay had to take blood, her ears were clear, so we didn’t know why she had such a high temp.
It took 3 “grups” to hold her and FOUR stick to get a vain.
(She is sortta fat) i was crying as hard as she was. When i was walking out of the lab, there were three old ladies in the waiting room and they got up and hugged me! You could her screaming down the hall!
Lots and lots of GOOD TIMES
Did you ever find out what your niece had?
ps.
