What a great mail lady! Here the mailmen lose our mail on a regular basis (READ: most recently, $150 worth of special order Kodak photo albums x 4 for grandparents and great-grandparents on both sides of the family, delivered to local post office on Dec. 4th by DHL and have never made it to our home) When questioned where lost mail is, they only say they don't know, they never received it, and get annoyed. Luckily Kodak saved the day by re-processing and overnighting via FedEx to our home all at no charge.
