On a schedule?
At night, C sticks to a pretty good schedule. We give her a bath every night - of course she needs one after a long day of napping and being held. She usually gets to bed a little after 8, and she sleeps roughly five hours. From there she’s a little less predictable, but she usually sleeps most of the rest of the night, often with us.
During the day is a different matter, though. All week she has been awake all morning and sleeping all afternoon. Today she fell asleep around 10 and is still under. There’s little rhyme or reason to it. And some days she doesn’t sleep much at all during the day.
Luckily, her sleep patterns during the day seem to be completely unrelated to how she’ll sleep at night. Unless she sleeps all evening, she sleeps well at night. She just does. It doesn’t matter if she slept well or poorly all day, she follows her night schedule.
I wonder when she’ll get a day schedule.
