		<description>We've done it for neighbors.  It's not rude to help someone, we've just become so paranoid about privacy and personal space that we're afraid to hug or reach out a hand.</description>

		<description>sure, do it. My wife does it whenever our neighbor needs it. she also takes their cans back in if they left for the weekend. they don't take offense. It helps keep the neighborhood looking clean. If everybody did just a little random garbage pick up we might have a much cleaner Knoxville.</description>
