Katie mentioned earlier that she’s finding the upcoming birth to be hard to believe. That is so true.
I’m a pretty matter-of-fact kind of guy in a lot of ways. I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about the past, and I spend equally little time dreaming about the future. I tend just to be here and now.
Either that or I tend to be here and now wishing I were lounging on my front porch.
But I can’t quite envision having a child. I can’t envision it but I’m looking forward to it. It’s a weird combination, but I kind of like it.
