I have never heard those words uttered in my household.

I never uttered those words when I was a child/ or even in college.

Yet these children are out there who do utter these words, and utter them early.
It amazes me almost as much as it humors me.

Our kids still have three weeks left of school. I guarantee they’ll be all like “we’re boooooooooooored” on the 2nd day out.
And of course, they’ll be up at the butt crack of dawn, bright eyed and bushy tailed, even though all year long it’s been a battle to get them up at 8:30 am.

What’s the deal with that??
I found throughout the year that E, especially, would be awake by 6 on Saturdays and unwakeable by 7 during the week.
